Andy,

Not Hilmar obviously, but the VFP Help lists 1 billion as "Maximum # of records per table file". Searching on "billion" yileds the same extract only.

Since the DELETE mark is integral to tables, I still don't see how you get 2 billion. Yes, it can address 2 billion records without breaking I WOULD PRESUME but that can never happen so it is moot.
