Well, the release of PUTM for all based on such conditions is always to be taken with care. Remember that PUTM actually paid to have it and releasing it like that might not make some people happy.

As to know how many people have created new messages on the Universal Thread, the upper toolbar is showing it. While the refresh is not done, the counter keeps increasing.

If you mean about how many people are created a new message, but not saved, to the present thread, that is something different. Based on that, the information that the dashboard will be showing might not be up to date has it will only refresh on a specific interval. Thus, the time it takes to write a message sometimes is done within a minute, thus, it'll skip that one.
