I do not know for sure, but seems latest versions of CDO allow to do this. Just read more about CDO at the MS site and in MSDN. I'm not sure about CDO 2.21 and Exchange Server 5.5 I'm currently experimenting with. Seems this is depended on the version of Exchange server and CDO.

Anyway, each different tool require different approach and routines for mail sending, even different format of attachments specifying and different separator between multiple recipient addresses, if they possible at all.
