One person at this location has no problems and the other person is having all the problems. They both print to the same printer. Is there a way to tell which printer driver is selected? At 'Printer -> Properties -> Detail tab -> Print Using the following printer driver:' is user defined. My printer has a 'Device tab -> About button' that has about 5 DLL and EXE files list with version numbers. Do most printers have this?
