That is correct, Jim Saunders and I are both the MVP Leads for Visual FoxPro at Microsoft. He and I both work with the MVPs as well as the MVP group at Microsoft. Jim is in PSS, and generally MVP leads at Microsoft work in PSS, so you are correct that it is rare to have a non-PSS person as an MVP lead like myself. I think this will be more common in the future though because it is important in the area of building communities.
