Jim,

Just FYI, I installed in roughly the order given (except no Windows Instraller 2) and I had no problems. I say roughly because I am not certain that I did SP2 before or after VFP7, but I THINK I did it just before, so that VFP7 would have a nice up-to-date environment.

>Windows Installer 2
>VFP7 SP1

>>Well it's good for you, but not for us :(.

>>Just remembered one other problem, it is to do with Chinese characters.
>>We have one machine with the Chinese Language pack installed, on this machine Hyperlinks written in chinese no longer work, but hyperlinks in english work fine.
>>
>>The only other thing is that we have Office 2000 and Windows Installer 2.0 installed (As suggested on the download page, but we already had it anyway.) and this might be our problem, anybody else install the Windows Installer 2.0 ?
>>
>>I just tried it on a laptop with Win2k, IE 6 but no Office 2000, it all works fine. Could This be it I wonder ?

>>Cheers,
>>
