You're right...the code in the business object on the form is unnecessary...the code on the forms works without the IF condition that exists in the parent because the instance that's dropped on the form *is* the primary business object and it *is* on a form.
ANYWAY, I'll remove the code and allow any clouds of confusion to disperse!
P.S. It was good seeing you again at the Potomac Area User Group last week...although I didn't weep on the outside, I was weeping "openly" internally (if that makes sense).
