IMO, I believe this is all new for your society. And, maybe your society didn't have the opportunity to still create methods and entities to combat hardly this cancer. I meant. Here we have also problems with mafia, prostituition and thief. But, there is (in our society) strong entities (the TV media is one of that examples) that hardly combat them.

Almost all of the SouthAmerican countries has passed (only 25 years ago in Brazil) for one situation that really seems like yours. The democracy was reestablished and a feeling that seems a lot with the one of a bird that be just freed. But, passing of the years almost of everything has stabilized to the normal order.

Be patient that your country has great infra-structure (better them my country). Certainly for few years will be a great place to live.

Maybe I had express by myself wrong. What I meant, for instance, making a comparison with the Brazil. There is bilion and zilion of dolars that our country has borrowed from IMF (International Monetary found) before to start a democracy. So, there was not any investment (with that money) in the society. Almost all of them was invested in corruption politicizes. Result: from 60's to 70's, our country entered in the third world.
