We are not currently using VSS, but we did have a contractor in-house for a short time working on this particular project who was trying to set up VSS, however, he did not complete the process. Are .vca files VSS? These files are read-only and could be the problem. If so, would you suggest deleting them (since we are not actually using VSS) or removing the read-only flag?
