>>May be, you can compare the time in your watch and the time given by the person who answer the question. By this, you will be able know if you are in sync with this particular person's watch, but that do not answer the former question about the speed of your watch. You will have to check at least two times with some internet sites to have the real atomic time and compare the difference in the intervals. If your watch was in adavnce the first time and the interval reduce, your watch was speedy otherwise your watch was slow. On the other hand, If your watch was not in adavnce the first time and the interval reduce, your watch was slow otherwise your watch was speedy. Anyway, how do you think I can answer the question about your watch without knowing what time is it in the first place or if you do not give me your watch to do some testing on it?

You're welcome...

To add at what I have said, you must know that a stopped watch give you the real hour at least two times by days and a perfect watch with 2 minutes in advance never give you the real time...

:-)
If we exchange an apple, we both get an apple.
But if we exchange an idea, we both get 2 ideas, cool...
