Technically, Kevin is correct. I'm not sure either of us knows the languages well enough internally to know if its even relevant though. C# is the only langauge written for the CLR and .NET Framework. All other languages were ported to the CLR (with the exception of Visual J#.NET, which may be considered a port from J++, but I dunno).
