I wrote a program to pack, & reindex all my data tables in a particular directory. When I try to run this routine at a client site, the program crashes, sometimes fatal exception errors and sometimes it is not responding in the task list. I copied the whole directory structure down to the clients local hard drive, and my program runs fine. Is there any way or software that I can run that will do a diagnostic check of a particular computer and determine if the networking is setup correctly ? maybe a stress test on the nic card to see if it fails ?

any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks for your help !
