Yes I could copy them locally then copy them back up to the network but my original problem is that this client continuously blows out there cdx & fpt files to the point that we get invalid fpt file or index does not match table
recreate the index. I wanted to see if there was a way that I can test the clients hardware to prevent these things from happening in the future !
