I have a second installation (this one with WIN98 Second Edition 4.10.222A peer-to-peer with WIN2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2) that is exhibiting the same fatal error when running on the WIN98 machine accessing data from the WIN2000 machine:

Fatal Error: Exception code = C0000005
Called from - frmtracker.pageframe1.page11.cmdreconcile.click line 0 {indows\system\vfp6r.dll}
Called from - tracker24 line 0 {indows\system\vfp6r.dll}

Both computers on this network have Excel 2000 (9.0.2720) installed.

It seems strange that both installs could have bad installs of Office. What do you think? What would you recommend?
