It is an interesting thread (which I've printed out) but it doesn't seem to apply directly to my mapping problem. I'm mapping to files on a Win 98 box (not Win2K) and I'm getting a "serious error" message which the thread didn't message.

Was there one part in particular that you were thinking about?
