Hi Pamela,

Whether I put the method in the form or the grid would depend on whether I wanted to reuse the grid on another form or not. Whatever location would insure that the code only appeared in one place (not always as easy to accomplish as to state) is where I would put it.

To create a New Method in a form, I know you go to Form - New Method. But how do you create a custom method in the grid?

I do want the code to appear in only 1 place. It makes a project so much easier to maintain :-) TIA, Chuck
