Is it one of the columns at the edge or just a random one in the middle? Do you have a horizontal scroll bar (i.e. Scrollbars = 3)? Maybe there's something about the way XP is creating the grid object that causes it to chop off a column (visually). If you don't have the horizontal scrollbar, then you're up the creek I guess.

How's the weather in Dallas? ;)

>I have a VFP6 app that is mature, stable, and in wide distribution. Some of my users are beginning to get Windows XP computers, and on those computers, a grid in one of the app's forms is missing one of its column. I recently got an XP computer, and sure enough, same thing happens on it. I migrated the app to VFP7, and I still get the same behaviour. This screwy behaviour is absent on all other operating platforms--Windows 9x, Me, and 2000.
