I honestly don't know and I'm facing that decision myself. I got this MSDN Univeral subscription last year through the Microsoft ISV program for about $500. They no longer offer that discount (at least as far as I can find) but I did get a questionnaire from them last week where MSDN discounts were rated as to level of importance.

I can't justify renewing the Universal at the full price, so I will probably go for the Professional level. I've got a few months to think about it. The problem is that (like so many things) there is that little goodie in the next level up that you would just love to have.
