Wow, I'm glad you posted this! As I said we're about to switch and I was going to choose ISE. But having our users uninstall the program to update it is just too much (especially for some of my users!).

We have version 5 of Setup Factory, which has a bug, the newer version 6 doesn't have this bug. Up until now we've been happy with Setup Factory, but since we have to upgrade to fix a bug we thought we'd look at what else is out there.

I'm looking at Inno Setup right now, its not as easy as Setup Factory (which was really easy) but its free.
