I'm a newbie to VB and Access (mostly the latter) and have some problems that I hope someone can help me solve. Here goes...

I have an Access97 Database that contains both native Access tables and links to FoxPro 2.6 tables. I've also created a query from the FoxPro tables. In Access, the query works fine and I can see the results.

In a VB6(SP3) project, I use ADO to obtain recordsets using the standard ADODB methods (Connection, Recordset, etc). This works fine as long as I limit my recordset to the native Access tables. If I try to retrieve a recordset from the query, however, I get the message, "Runtime error...Couldn't find installable ISAM". What am I doing wrong? As I've said before, in Access97, the query works perfectly.

Also, how do I make a query to an Access table such that the results are case sensitive?
