>How do you know that the folder started in is the same on all PC's. The shortcut's Start in folder is a good place to point to a common starting point, perhaps the Drive\Folder where the data resides.

Hello Gil

Well the program is still in developement stage and I installed them on all the computers (10) we are in the debugging stage

there is no shortcut, I start it by going to "start" then "run" then enter "d:\weia\weia.app" or by double clicking on weia.app in the windows explorer

I move the localy stored files "d:\weia\*.*" to any drive c:\ d:\ e:\ f:\ o:\ and I get the same result on all the pc's
