I have a client that is having a problem with a word automation program. Basically the program prints out letters for customers through word. In a batch of 300 letters they will get a few that are missing large blocks of text and some that are blank. They also get a few letters that are almost solid ink. (These letters look like they are trying to print gigantic letters on top of each other.) They have tried printing from different computers, printers etc. Any long frx reports that they print work fine. Anyone have any ideas?
