I was checking the other sides (M$) tools (VS.Net) and was running a tutorial for C#
webforms when I discovered that I could not get IE to work. It turns out that the
virus checker was preventing a connection to localhost. I had to turn off symantec.
Symantec even stopped ping from working. Just amazing!!!!!!
