Hank,

This worked great! Now for my next question: I have a version release to my customers for testing. I want to continue developing, but keep the released version static so if the customers find problems, I can fix them and re-release the customer version without having any of my development code included. How can I do this?

Thanks

Rex

The trick is to use parallel projects/directories. So, if your MM project is in c:\clients\clienta\proja, you would have such a project in VSS ($/clients/clienta/proja). And if MM was in c:\development\MM, you would have a corresponding VSS project: $/development/MM.

Answer yes to these messages. If you have a young child who like to press the Enter key, you may want to employ her/him for this task. <s> It only has to be done once for each project, thankfully.
