I would also advise to start building your own documentation/log for common things. I use Help Builder to store code snippets that I reuse a lot or I find while browsing news groups etc. whenever I find something useful. This has greatly cut down on the time it takes to do things and trying to refind information in the documentation that I used before <g>... because it's searchable and allows me to put in the code I actually used in my application which is often quite different than what the docs show...
Maybe I'm getting old or something but I'm not really flowing in .NET without constantly looking stuff up... bad sign for a new language/environment.
