Another tautology. Its not your fault of course, the whole situation over there is a loose-loose at the moment.
As far as prosecuting his followers, I don't even think thats possible. The government that exists in teh West Bank is not anything like a government we would expect. There is simply no control over there. If they got rid of Arafat and found someone else to fill his shoes, they would do no better. The conditions do not exist for such a structure in their environment.
