You are not kidding!!! At first I was surprised that the order of the strings was important. But after I thought about it - it makes sense. I'm calling a function and passing parameters. But even so I think the fox function sqlstringconnect should be able to fill the string correctly from the vars passed.

Is there a way to determine what functions (and parameters required) are in a DLL? I recall something about DLL's from a few years ago but since I don't use DLL's very often in code I guess that past info was not important to me.

BTW next the step is to follow up on your MySQL functions to clean up the data but for Postgres.
