Hi Tamar,

Kurios was/is the Greek translation of (out of respect your you) "The Name".

>>>3 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.
>>>
>>If you read #3 you'll also notice the phrase 'and straightway he will send them.' That means in modern English, 'The Lord needs to use them and He'll send it right back.'
>
>I'll be sorry I jumped in here. <g> I haven't read this in the original (I don't read Greek), but what makes you so sure the "he" in the last clause is God, not "any man". I read it as "If anyone stops you, tell him the Lord needs them, and the man will send them."

Best,

A man is no fool who gives up that which he cannot keep for that which he cannot lose.
Everything I don't understand must be easy!
The difficulty of any task is measured by the capacity of the agent performing the work.
