One of the dependency files is not there. You can get a dependency walker at
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/depends20.zip.asp. The modules tool may also be helpful. It's at
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/modules.zip.asp. Also, RPTCHK32 at
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/rptchk32.zip.asp>Hi Craig,
>I have the ability to preview the report before printing it. I tried to register the recommended files found in the help file. It said the 32-Bit required runtime files are:
>crpe32.dll, msvcrt20.dll, crpaig32.dll, ctl3d32.dll and implode.dll.
>All of them failed to register and had the same error message:

>>Crystal has several ways to integrate into your app. Does the report only print or do you have the ability to preview? My guess is something did not get registered. There should be a runtime.hlp file that shipped with Crystal that tells you what files need to be installed, where they need to be, and which ones need to be registed. I don't remember if you mentioned the OS, but only CR 8.5 is certified for Win2K.
