Monday I went to view the sample chapters of the book and it was not available.
I was particularly interested in Chap. 4 (or I should say the one that is not printed).

Can you get this made available? While I'll likely be buying it anyway, changes to the unprinted part have me very interested.

I am also assuming that the WHOLE book is available as .chm.
