I think my answer was not clear.

What I mean is that this is not supported dynamically from UT. So, yes, it is normal you may have to adjust your time zone in your profile once very six months, if applicable. So, move it to -4 and you'll be ok. That's only one small change every six months. That's it that's all. No more no less
