Mike,

>Regardless, I was relating my personal experience with the product, which is very different from the picture Thomas and Jim painted about some conspiracy to cover up problems with the product.

I never said there was a "conspiracy" in any way, shape or form. I said that the MS bug reporting facility needs changing, for a variety of reasons.
I do believe, though, that here on UT, if a person dares to criticize MS in virtually any way (except stopping the MVP program) as regards VFP, ridicule is quick to follow. Real quick, and by a predictable cast. Is that a "conspiracy"? If it is, then I guess I do think there is one!

Come, now, you know that this was an opening statement on my part and that by the time Tom contributed it was well well into the bug reporting needs fixing, reasons given.

I don't think so - see paragraph immediately above (though I can't say for sure what Tom actually aimed at).
