If it weren't for Nebraska kertankerous weather the only time I'd have to reboot is for equipment failure/replacement. But, with ReiserFS's journaling system I didn't see the need to feed electrons to my UPS so I unplugged it. It only added 5 minutes of uptime anyway, and if I were not home that 5 minutes wouldn't make much difference.
