I agree that Hacker's Guide is an excellent source regarding bugs, and it does so directly too.

But it is by no means complete. For instance I just checked the V7 book for the bug in ATC() and it is not mentioned.

It does an excellent job for sure, but cannot be trusted as an ONLY source. Nor can any list here, by the way. Only MS has that knowledge.
