>observed - the message appears in the lower right pane, for me it appears 100% of the width (unless it's one of these odd narrow messages that don't consume the whole width)

> observed - the lower right frame gets horizontal and vertical scroll bars
>4) resize the browser window bigger than it originally was
> observeed - the lower right frame loses the scroll bars, but the message doesn't take up the whole width

That simulation is something I didn't expect. We'll have to see about those exception cases.
