I'm not sure what indicates my BIOS type, but I think it is an AMI BIOS. When the computer is booting, it says AMI Plug & Play BIOS ver. 1.0a. The screen also indicates three com port addresses, before the Win 95 screen appears. However, Window 95 does not detect com 3, and when I add it, and manually change the IRQ, it only allows me to choose between IRQ 3 and 4. This is driving me nuts, any idea how to get IRQ 5 as a selection in Win95?? Thanks for you help.

I set up the card for COM 3 IRQ 5, but Windows 95 will only let me choose IRQ 3 or 4. IRQ 5 is not being used by the system. I have changed the PCI/Plug and Play settings in the BIOS back and forth from Plug and Play to ISA without any success. Does anyone know of a way to get Windows 95 to let me use IRQ 5? Any help is greatly appreciated.
