Hi Dragan,

Not in an abstract sense, no I suppose not. However, the issue of power soon creeps in and if someone can perpetuate their job by the constant need of their (purported) crisis-resolution skills then they will actually not really resolve an issue. For example, we have had an amazing phenomenon of reducing welfare roles since the Congress passed some recent back-to-work laws that held folks accountable. That's good but the corrolary is is that those in charge of the welfare system, should they achieve 100% success (theoretical I know) would have no more work. IOW, the providor's financial concerns are at cross purposes with the stated goal of the organization paying them - therefore they have little to no incentive to be successful.

We know how to tech children, we just have people who don't want to use tried and true methods as it will impact their personal financial gain.

At Karol's school the federal government pays a certain amount of monies per child that is impoverished enough to warrant a free school lunch. Well, wouldn't you know it that all of a sudden there is a much larger number of 'impoverished' children attending that school? And many of them wearing $100 sneakers driven to school in their parent's new $40,000 Suburban? All the parents need to do to get on the school lunchg programis lie about their income. No one will ever check as it would mean taking $$ away from the school..

Oh yeah.. Once the school takes htis bribe they are now obligated to teach a bunch of politically correct nonsense that simply amounts to brainwashing and the perpetuation of a victim class. I say close the whole thing down and send the kids home. Those parents who love their children will find a way to educate them and the rest who do not love their kids will simply be cut off from the $$, as they should be.

Ticks - Living off of the blood of others. Anyone who's unwilling to work should get no food. Their laziness will last about 3 days.

For the truly handicapped or indigent, help them but don't rob them of their dignity as much of the present suystem does.

Indeed. Except they will find it a lot harder to control - which is, of course, their aim. Arrogance at its highest.
Best,
