>>The new migration path from VB6 to VFP7 campaign sounds great. What an opportunity to expand the VFP marketshare. Hey, looks like "the best is yet to come"...:>)

>VBers becoming VFPers? Forget... a friend of mine had the same line of think of yours... I also think that in a pratical way. But, VBers will always want to be VBers, and who do you think that´ll promote such thing? Microsoft doesnt´t promote VFP for VFPers... why would they promote VFP for VBers?

I suspect ... may be I´m this "friend of mine", right ? :o)

Its incredible, but the words of Tom Bellmer are exactly the same I said to Leonardo Tolomelli (MS Brazil Development Tools Manager) in that meeting we had with him at MS Brazil last year, regarding the future of VFP and our group in Brazil ... do you remember ?

And the worse part, can you remember his answer ? Much like Ken Levy´s positions, wasn´t it ? What I´m really afraid of is that those old novels about the life cycle of VFP are coming back again :o(
(see my other post in reply to Rick Strahl).
