I agree with the pol's not fearing the voters, but this is more because of voter apathy and no memory whatsoever. If voter turnout was over 60 to 70%, I think you would see attitudes start to change. Hell, it took a prison sentence to get Dan Rostenkowski out of office. The voters should have ousted him years earlier. But then that was Chicago wasn't it?
