Yep. VFP wants to convert the memo file to Fox 2.6 format. Then it tells me that I can reverse this by using COPY TO TYPE FOXPLUS. I don't have access to the accounting package. I just have a zipped and emailed copy of the dBase files so I can't test that this conversion process would work or not. I suspect it won't, but am not sure.

BTW, I know these file types by inspecting the first byte of the header.
