Since no one's addressed your issue of reloading the form, I will.

Do you have code like this in the Click() of the button?

*!* ThisForm.PreviewReportButton.Click()
REPORT FORM MyReport PREVIEW && TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW
*!* Code here to "reload" the form

Or, is your problem not knowing the best way to set everything on the form back to blanks? If that's the case, how do you get data into the text boxes in the first place?
