Frank,
I created a single threaded DLL on my local development machine, so all of the VFP DLL's should be there.
I checked the registered extensions on the virtual and .WSDL was not registered. I tried to register that extension with the file you specified, but couldn't find it. There are 2 DLL's in the MSSOAP\Binaries\ folder, MSSMOGEN.DLL and WSDLGEN1.DLL.

The WSDL and WSML files look fine - all of my methods are correctly defined there - but when I create a reference in VFP, IntelliSense doesn't show them and I get "Unknown COM status code" errors when I try to call them.
