I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience...we usually hear just the opposite regarding our support. We've got a great group of developers who provide fast, solid, accurate answers here on the UT...Jason Mesches, Paul Mrowsowski, Dan Elek, Jim Weil, Armin Neudert, Marcus Alt, Victor Campos just to name some of them.

Regarding the comment of developers moving from "Codebook based frameworks", this road actually goes both ways...we get a lot of developers who purchase and use Mere Mortals who are moving from the other side of the tracks.
