I've written some school management stuff myself.

I'm in a place called Longboat Key, FL right now mentoring another developer, and have a terrible dial up but next week when I'm back to Cleveland and the fat pipe I want go back to your website.

Let's stay in touch. I think we are of a mind on a lot of things.

I'm currently trying to put the "Wow" and "Cool" factor into an improved Report Preview/Designer tool for VFP. It can also be used in Web pages, VB, VC or Delphi.

It loads a VFP report into the control for previewing then you can quickly scroll through your report in a flash. Plus you can print whatever is in the preview without closng the report on a page by page or page range basis. I think people who have been living with the VFP limitations will like it. I've been struggling with it for years and playing a lot of the tricks that are in Cathy's new book for a long time. So why not make it a lot easier.

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
