Is it sufficient to add a
foxhhelp7.exe and foxhhelpps7.dll to my ISX_LE project
or must I add the four files installed by hhupd.exe also ?

ISX_LE does not allow to run a post setup executable easily so I need
to add all required files to my distribution.

What happens if IE is not installed users computer ?
Is it posssible to add all files so that using HTML help does not require IE
to be installed ?
