First off, I hope all is well with you and yours...
I find it ironic that some would say that they like C# either because it is not VB or because it is not VFP-like. VFP is a GREAT language. The VFP Toolkit that Kamal has created is wonderful. I have long said that VB is like Fox without the Data Engine. Still, there we lots of functions VB did not have. The VFP toolkit for .NET addresses this issue.
I don't know what is worse, the fact that somebody has made the stupid argument of C# vs. VB .NET or the fact that people took the bait. It is about the framework, not the language.
It will be fun to see how this plays out...
