I thought the dbc would open automatically, because when try to access stuff from a table or views in other forms I never had to open dbc, I guess when I have to open view I have to explicitly open the dbc. However I tried you suggestion and it seemed to solve the problem. I was wondering, is there a way to create an index on a view, the reason why I ask is if I wanted to use seek command, it seems to require a index? Thanks you very much for your help Sergey.
