Bill,

When I dropped a new one on the same form I was testing that scenario. I didn't want to go through code modifications to a well running app... just another case of DLLhell and MSIhell.

The network guy did something with the Office install that seems to have fixed the problem.

>No idea, but have you tried putting an instance on a new blank form to see if it might be related the the specific instance of your form ( or perhaps you've tried that )?
