I am using WinXP pro with the latest service pack. Several times per day when I try to access internet content via IE6 or news groupws with Outlook Express I get a window that says "Would you like to go offline. No internet connection is currently available...". I click "Try again" and the internet connection starts working again.

I just switched from cable to DSL, but even before the switch I had this problem. Any ideas?
