That is simply not true John. You simply disagree with me and taking most if not everything to heart and personally. For the record, I try to differentiate my own views of the product from the way the outside world views it. I am sorry you wish to blind yourself to how the world outside the VFP community views the product. I for one do not see the value of taking the benefit of a cloistered environment and turning a blind eye to the outside world. If you take an objective/real-world view of things, it would go to answering a lot fo your questions.

Also, your claim about "burning off" newbies is a bit extreme. If people need to use the product, they will use the product regardless of what I or anybody else says. And, if this place answers their question ,they will continue to come up here regardless of what I say.

Now, get the over-senstive chip off your shoulder, grow up, move on, and most of all, stop taking comments about the product so personally...
